Lawai Beach

Lawai Beach

It’s not much of a beach however it is one of Kauai’s best snorkel spots. Home to lots of sea turtles who live up near the ledge in front of the restaurant. During surf season if there is a large south swell it can be dangerous to enter the ocean here. However, if the ocean is calm, during your snorkel session you will see some large coral heads abundant with tropical sea life. Note that entering the ocean can be a bit of a challenge as its a fairly rocky coastline.
