The Plantation Luau showcases some of the best Hula dance performers in the state of Hawaii featuring both male and female fire dancers. The show is performed in a play like fashion using an ancient story line which shares with you precious Hawaiian history while you are being entertained. One of the producers comes from Cirque Du Soleil. It’s not a Cirque production, however, this show does have a staging & lighting set up that sets it apart.

As soon as you arrive pick up a soft drink or cocktail from the bar and head over to the local craft vendors where a few local artists share their authentic Hawaiian artifacts. Hang out and “talk story” while Hawaiian music plays and the sunsets on the Sleeping Giant mountain range. A delicious Hawaiian dinner buffet is next. After dinner the journey into the Hawaiian days of old will begin. Kumu Leilani’s hula halau (dance team) will captivate you, as these dancers are so passionate about their art form. During the performance you will feel the mana (power) of the dance as the fire dancer lights up the night sky with his ahi’lele.
