Go back in time as a local guide narrates your kayak tour and gives you some of Kauai’s most precious history. You will kayak up majestic Wailua River and then hike through a tropical rainforest. You will then be rewarded by taking a dip at the base of a 120 foot waterfall. While you frolic and swim you guide is preparing lunch for you. After this you hike and kayak out. We also offer kayak tours on the Historic Hanalei River; these include paddling out the river mouth and into Hanalei Bay where you will snorkel and swim with sea turtles. Slip back in time as a local guide narrates you along the Wailua River – largest river in the State of Hawaii. You will get some of Kauai’s most precious history as this area is known as the landing point for the first Polynesians that migrated to Hawaii. You will kayak up majestic Wailua River and then hike through a tropical rainforest. You will then be rewarded by taking a dip at the base of a 120 foot waterfall “Uluwehe”. While you frolic and swim you guide is preparing lunch for you. After this you hike and kayak out.

Experience the feeling of old Hawaii. A completely personalized narrated tour of the beautiful Hanalei River and Hanalei Bay, the largest natural bay on Kaua’i. Learn about Kauai’s rich history, legends, folklore, and natural beauty. The only river on Kaua’i where no commercial motorized boats are allowed. Visit the home of the green sea turtle, snorkel amongst the beautiful reefs exploring the abundant marine life; followed by a relaxing lunch on a secluded beach. All snorkel gear, waterproof bags and deli style lunch provided.

Get ready for an all-day adventure. This is Kauai’s most extreme sport activity that is offered. You tour will meet at 6am and you will not be back at your vehicle until after dark that night. During this time you will paddle the majestic cliffs of the Na Pali Coastline. This is a 16 mile terrain with sea caves and white sandy beaches laying in front of lush valleys hugged by jagged cliffs. Nat Geo has named this the most beautiful spot they have ever photographed. Your guide will park you at a secluded valley along the way. These valleys are so remote they cannot even be accessed by foot. There you will enjoy a nice lunch under the tree’s. After lunch you can explore the valley floor a bit on foot or just simply kick back on the beach until it’s time to hit the water again. This is activity is an amazing way to immerse yourself into Kauai, but please keep in mind you need to have some physical stamina to embark on this journey. You will paddle for 8 hours of the day with breaks in between.

This unique and enchanting half-day adventure is perfect for kayakers of all ages and abilities. Take a two mile downwind paddle on the gentle Hule‘ia River through the beautiful solitude of the surrounding National Wildlife Refuge. Hule’ia is best known as the site for a few of Hollywoods major motions pictures as well as its legendary Hawaiian Menehune Fish Pond. Hike lush jungle trails through a fern-covered valley to secluded pools and waterfalls (rope swings optional). Rather than paddling back into the wind, finish your kayak adventure in style with a relaxing ride back on a motorized canoe through this treasured area.

You will start this epic ocean journey at Kukuiula Small Boat Harbor in Poipu and then paddle to Glass Beach at Port Allen. Along the way you will tour much of Kauai’s unseen coastline. There will be many hidden beaches that no other visitors or locals can reach. During this time of year it’s a really awesome adventure because besides all the sea life encounters – Monk Seals, Honu’s (green sea turtles), tropical fish and dolphins… It’s also Humback Whale season (Nov – March) and this is a very intimate way to have an encounter with them. You will be provided the very best Kayak equipment, dry bags for your things and lunch. Your local tour guide will share with you so much special history of Kauai.

Kayak, hike and ride ziplines all in one day!
Start your adventure with an easy two-mile paddle on the scenic Hule’ia River while being serenaded by tropical birds. A short hike takes you to small waterfalls where those who want to swim can swing Tarzan-style into a fresh-water pool. After water play, take a wagon ride across Kipu Ranch (where scenes were filmed for The Descendants, Jurassic Park and Raiders of the Lost Ark). Your expert guides will help you get suited up in zipline harnesses for major fun zip line rides. Waterzip, a great picnic lunch, a 1/2 mile hike back to the river, and a kick-back cruise on our motorized canoe round out this fabulous adventure in some of the most beautiful backdrops to be found anywhere.  7 hour tour.
